Modern Age Limited is a design consultancy registered in Scotland (company number SC746877) with our registered office at Antonine House, Callendar Business Park, Callendar Road, Falkirk, Scotland, FK1 1XE.
While we are not required to publish a modern slavery statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we are committed to conducting our business ethically and responsibly. We publish this statement voluntarily to demonstrate our position on modern slavery and human trafficking.
Our business
We are a specialist digital consultancy providing design systems, product design, front-end development and embedded design leadership services to enterprise clients. Our supply chain is small and primarily consists of digital tools, software services and occasional specialist freelance collaborators based in the UK.
Our position
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Steps we take
Given the nature and scale of our business, the risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain is low. Nonetheless, we take the following steps:
- We carry out due diligence when engaging any subcontractors or freelance collaborators
- We ensure that any individuals we work with are engaged on fair and transparent terms
- We comply with all applicable UK employment and labour laws
- We meet the ethical and anti-slavery expectations set out in our client agreements, including compliance with client codes of conduct and third-party expectations policies
